Our Story
Caribeno Architectural Group (C.A.G) ia a local, well established full service architectural firm. C.A.G is owned by Ken Lebron, Marcos Mozdzen and Justo Chica. Whom collectively have over 70 years of combined architectural experience. We have a great deal of pride in the quality and integrity of our work. The benefit being both the owners and the architects is establishment of a strong, hands-on relationship with our clients. We are very team oriented and believe that the most successful projects stem from good communication while carefully listening and understanding our client’s needs. We also know the importance of our owner’s schedules and budgets, therefore we strive to meet and exceed their expectations.
We have worked with a numerous of clients and organizations such as The Department of Revenue, The Department of Children and Family Services, Indian River County Transit, Brevard Welfare, Accent Technology, United Therapeutics and The Law Offices of Rossway More and Taylor to name a few. We provided each of these clients with varying levels of design and architectural services that included services such as initial space programing, anticipation and evaluating growth requirements, schematic design and design development on trough construction documents, permitting and construction administration for their projects.
We were also able to use C.A.G’s excellent design skills for each of these projects as they required various levels of open planning ranging from perimeter offices with windows on the interior walls allowing natural light to shine through to interior work stations to completely open planning with just walls for support spaces such as meeting rooms, conference rooms and some work/copy areas.

The Team
The great part of this team is that our client’s projects benefit from the fact that they are touched by each of us as professionals with over 50 years of collective experience. CAG’s goal is to create architectural designs that express Florida’s warm, colorful environment and to provide an easy going and stress free experience for our client. We will strive to exceed the client’s expectations, reflecting what the Caribeño experience is all about.
